Got out this morning for a solo launch through gentle surf at first light. Headed wide with a big hit along the way that again saw the albright fail. Might be time for some superglue. Close to the mark the lefthand rudder cable broke. With the wind pushing me out to sea I decided just to rerig and paddle back in. With the wind and no rudder control it was long and arduous. Should be repaired in time for next weekend.
I feel like I've killed an albatross. Can't take a trick at the moment
