Sorry, getting slack with the reports. A quick summary of recent outings:
2011-02-27 - Hireboat on Pittwater with a colleague looking to get into fishing. Got a solitary squid early on but it was picked to pieces. No good on the lures
2011-03-06 - Spooled up my heavy spin outfit with 40lb tracer fireline and 50lb fluoro in an effort to stop bigger kings. First hookup on the casting rig - bust off. Immediately hooked up on the spin outfit and was holding the fish when the albright let go. Need to be more vigilant tying knots in the heavier line. Not a touch after that
2011-03-12 - Not a touch all day. Plenty of bait fish around but little attacking them. No current. Got in a bit of a paddle though
