At Henry's suggestion, we went back to an old spot this morning. Due to the water clarity, I went back to light line and the power minnow. I fished 20lb and 12lb leader. Henry 30+ lb. I caught four snapper (1 undersized) and had the leader part on a fifth. All but one on the lighter leader and power minnow. Henry was snapperless but did have a run from a pelagic. Guess what I'll be doing next weekend

He he Dave. Think I might be trying longy on Sunday but definitely fishing light if I do. BTW, rumours of kings caught at longy last weekend but I don't know 14C9how wide
